One of the most dramatic situations in our daily practice is to have patients that complain about an implant in the aesthetic zone that does not meet their expectations. One of the most common complications is the presence of a peri-implant buccal soft tissue dehiscence.

This kind of complication is multifactorial and, in some cases, avoidable.
