Every profile has a permanent "remove me" option. Unclaimed profiles show only the name, specialty, country and public link the nominator provided, plus a photo only when the dentist already gave Periospot one for our team page.
How it works
Four steps, in order. The order is the point: nothing about a dentist goes fully public until the dentist says yes.
Nominate a colleague
Name, specialty, country, and their public Instagram or LinkedIn. Our moderation agent checks every nomination for duplicates and jokes; clean ones go live in minutes as a minimal profile.
They get the nudge
You get a share card to post and tag them. Dentists climbing the board also hear from @periospot directly, and from the one-time email notification if you left their address.
They claim their spot
The photo and links the dentist chooses appear only after the dentist verifies and approves the profile. Any dentist can also remove their profile at any time.
The community votes
One vote per verified email per dentist. Voting for the 2026 edition closes December 31. Official results and badges drop in January.

The name your colleague submitted
That is the whole card. No bio, no contact details, nothing scraped. A photo appears only when you already gave Periospot one for our team page. It stays that way until you claim it or ask us to remove it.
Your name, the way you write it
Your name the way you write it, your photo, your links. Plus the share images you can post: your card sized for the feed and for stories, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
