Course Purchase Terms

1. Who you are buying from

The course is sold by Francisco Teixeira Barbosa, trading as Periospot.

Periospot and Periospot Edu are trading names. The course is taught by Francisco Teixeira Barbosa.

2. What you are buying

A self-paced, pre-recorded online course hosted on Periospot Edu. When the course is complete you get at least 12 lessons across 6 modules, each lesson 15 to 20 minutes, around 4 to 5 hours in total, plus the templates, prompts and workflows shown in the lessons in copyable form. Access is on any device, behind a login, on your own schedule.

Lessons are in English. If enough students ask for a particular language, translated subtitles get added.

What is not included, so there are no surprises: there is no live teaching, no group calls, no coaching, no one-to-one review of your content and no private community. This is a fixed, finite set of recorded lessons, not a subscription.

You also need your own tools. The course is taught using the paid plans of ChatGPT and Claude, roughly EUR 20 a month each. Those are your own subscriptions with those companies. They are not included in the price.

3. Price and VAT

The presale price is EUR 149 until Friday 28 August 2026 at midnight CET. After that the price is EUR 199. This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and no upsell.

The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. Your payment is processed by Stripe and you receive a receipt and an invoice by email.

4. When you get it

Lesson 1 is released at the beginning of September 2026, and in any case no later than 30 September 2026. Remaining lessons are released progressively, and all lessons are published no later than 31 October 2026.

You get an email with your access details before Lesson 1 is released, sent to the address you used at checkout.

5. The minimum class condition

The full course is only recorded if at least 25 people have joined. The count is taken at presale close, Friday 28 August 2026 at midnight CET, and counts paid enrolments that have not already been refunded.

The result is announced by email to every buyer on Monday 31 August 2026. If fewer than 25 people joined, the course does not run and every buyer is refunded in full, automatically, within 14 days of that announcement. You do not have to ask, fill in a form or explain anything.

6. Your legal right to change your mind

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

When the 14 days start. Under EU and Spanish consumer law the period starts on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you pay. It does not start on the day content is delivered.

What that means for a presale purchase. If you buy during the presale, your 14-day legal period will normally expire before Lesson 1 is released. That is how the law works, and you are being told plainly rather than finding out later. It is also exactly why the guarantee in section 7 exists and runs much longer.

If you buy once lessons are already being released, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you want access immediately during your 14-day period and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal for each lesson once it has been released to you. If you did not give that confirmation, or if no lesson was released to you inside your 14 days, your withdrawal right is untouched.

How to withdraw. Email periospot@periospot.com with a clear statement that you are withdrawing, before the 14 days are up. You may use the form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. Sending the message before the deadline is enough. Everything you paid is refunded, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your message.

7. The Periospot guarantee

This is a promise on top of your legal rights. It is more generous than the law requires and it does not reduce or replace anything in section 6.

You can ask for a full refund, no questions asked, until 30 days after Lesson 1 is released to you. If the final lesson is published later than planned, the guarantee stays open until 14 days after the final lesson goes live, so you are never out of time for material you have not yet received.

No forms. No coursework to submit. No proof that you tried. One email.

One condition, stated up front. The guarantee is for people who look at the course and decide it is not for them. It is not for people who have gone through the whole thing. So it does not apply once you have watched more than 80% of the lessons published at that time, which Periospot Edu records automatically. If you are past that point and something genuinely went wrong, write anyway and say what happened.

One refund per person. If you have been refunded for this course before, you cannot buy again and claim the guarantee a second time.

8. How to ask for a refund

Email periospot@periospot.com from the address you bought with and say that you want a refund. That is the whole process. You get a confirmation within 3 working days and the refund is issued within 14 days of acceptance, back to the original payment method.

Refunds are made in the currency you were charged. If your bank converted the payment, the amount that lands in your account may differ slightly from what left it, because of exchange rates outside anyone's control.

9. What lifetime access means

Lifetime access means access for as long as Periospot Edu operates this course, with a minimum of three years from the day Lesson 1 is released. It does not mean your own lifetime, and no honest platform can promise that.

If the course is ever discontinued or moved, you get at least 90 days notice by email and the chance to download the lessons and materials for offline use.

10. What you may and may not do with the materials

The lessons, templates, prompts and workflows are licensed to you personally. You may use them freely in your own practice and for your own clinic, including for commercial content you publish yourself.

You may not share your login, redistribute or resell the lessons, upload them anywhere, or teach the course as your own. One purchase is one person. If you want access for a team, write and ask about team pricing.

11. What this course does not promise

This course teaches a production system for creating and publishing professional content. It does not promise new patients, a specific number of followers, revenue, or any particular commercial result. Anyone who promises you that is selling something else.

It is not clinical education and it carries no CE accreditation. Nothing in it is clinical, legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for the content you publish, including any clinical claims you make and the advertising and professional rules that apply where you practise.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

If something goes wrong, email first. Most things get solved in one message.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one published on the day you paid, and it is dated at the top of this page. Changes are never applied retroactively to a purchase you already made.
