Advice, with a defined next step
The session is for dentists who have a project or a problem to work through, whether you are starting out or improving something already in use.
Building your website, setting up automations, extensive document reviews and ongoing support need a separate agreement.
This is a strategy session. It does not include clinical case advice or a promise of revenue or audience growth. Please do not share identifiable patient information.
Before, during and after
1. Tell me what you’re working on
Choose a time, answer a few questions about your challenge and complete payment. Your confirmation includes the Google Meet link.
2. Work through the decisions
We use the hour to look at your situation, discuss the options and prioritise what you can do next.
3. Put the next steps to work
Within two business days, I send a one-page summary with three recommended actions. You decide how to take them forward.
If your plans change
- At least 48 hours before
- Choose a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
- Less than 48 hours before
- Contact me before the session starts for one complimentary reschedule. The payment remains nonrefundable, including after that change.
- Missed session without notice
- There is no refund or replacement session under this policy.
- If I cancel or cannot deliver
- Choose a full refund or another appointment. The same applies if a technical problem on my side prevents the session.
Email cisco@periospot.com to request a change or refund. If no published time works for your reschedule, we will arrange one together. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
