Certificate of Completion Policy
This page explains how PerioSpot records learning activity and issues verifiable completion certificates.
PerioSpot records estimated continuing-education hours and issues a verifiable Certificate of Completion after all required learning activity is complete.
Learning time is labeled explicitly; for example, a four-hour course is shown as 4 estimated continuing-education hours.
PerioSpot does not award institutionally accredited CE credits. Recognition or conversion of its estimated continuing-education hours to local CE credit is determined solely by the learner's professional or local authority.
1. Complete all required chapters in the interactive ebook or course.
2. Complete and pass all embedded quizzes using the minimum score defined in each quiz.
3. Sign the learner attestation.
PerioSpot stores chapter completion, quiz results, and attestation evidence before issuance.
Each Certificate of Completion is issued only after the eligibility checks pass and can be verified by unique code.
Support requests are reviewed when users report potential eligibility mismatches.
If your completion certificate is missing after you satisfy the requirements, contact support@periospot.com with your account email and course details.
